Abstract This presentation highlights 22 cases of common pathologies in hand and wrist diagnosed with ultrasound. With introduction of high frequency transducers, ultrasound (US) has become a key tool in diagnosing common pathologies of hand and wrist. Ultrasound of hand and wrist, advantageous for its easy portability, lack of radiation, dynamic examination of pathology, and low cost, will likely increase in its use in the near future.
