A regulação autônoma no Brasil: um diálogo com a experiência francesa

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine questions about the experience of autonomous regulation in Brazil and France, using interdisciplinary research involving law and economics. Despite the differences in the economy and the legal culture of these countries, the amount and importance of stateowned industry and administrative-legalistic tradition imposed institutional and theoretical challenges for the reception of the autonomic regulation phenomenon.
