Experiências profissionais, identidades e formação docente em educação física
Abstract
The paper is a reflection about professional experiences, formation and identities of teachers. Discusses professional identity of basis and the dimensions that circumscribe it, for instance, formation, experiences and trajectories, and also the profession and the relations that come from it, for example, the teachers' work conditions and the relations that the teachers build with knowledge. It rescues the personal-professional experiences to introduce the discussion and approximates the central thematic of the article; aiming at bringing empirical evidences to the text, it stands out the questions of a concluded research, created by the narratives of collaborator teachers who work at schools, teaching Physical Education in a Brazilian educational context; and, finally, in an articulated way, it develops theoretical reflections pertinent to the study of formation and transformation of identities of teachers in a personal-professional point of view and the profession, based on the sociological approach of identities and professional relations.
