The author deals with the subject of human resources management in the Supported Employment Enterprises (HRM in SEE). This type of enterprise is the specific area of activity of each manager due to the human resources employed in them. People with disabilities are fully valuable employees despite their physical or mental disability. Everyone deserves respect on the part of the superior, regardless of their health or mental state. As the analysis of SEE and the disabled workers employed in them shows, the Supported Employment Enterprises in Poland fulfil a significant role in the professional activation of disabled people. At the same time for people with disabilities the SEE are a place where they can pursue their professional dreams, be together with the people with whom they have the possibility of direct contact. They can also feel needed. despite their disability, in the environment.
