The article describes the experience of leading the strategic development of nuclear and power engineering - JSC "Atomenergomash". Holding "Atomenergomash" is a machine-building division of Rosatom state corporation specializing in the manufacture of key equipment for nuclear and thermal power, shipbuilding, gas and petrochemical industries. The article presents the largest holding companies in key business areas and their products. We analyzed the main provisions of the strategy of the enterprise, as well as key goals and objectives of JSC "Atomenergomash" in the process of implementing the strategy of the State Corporation "Rosatom". Considered in detail the key stages of the development strategy of the State Corporation "Rosatom" and the problem of "Atomenergomash" in the process of implementing the strategy of the corporation. The main event of the complex efficiency program (KPPE), namely, identify forward-looking strategic directions and strategic actions. We consider long-term targets, describing the implementation of strategic goals and objectives of the corporation.
