Critical adjustment and quality control operations in the automotive sector
Abstract
The objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship of critical adjustment operations for quality control in CIAUTO Ambato - Ecuador. It was based on a descriptive correlational Pearson type with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The correlation being positive at 0.132 indicates that the study variables are being linearly related, through an effective continuous management process, being necessary to continue addressing the various aspects that make up both critical operations and quality control in order to increase continuous improvement in order to increase the quality and productivity of the organization. It is necessary to increase efficiency in plans and schedules, product control, process control; in order to promote further improvement of the processes, through the application of continuous improvement, requiring for this purpose to have the active participation of all members of the organization.
