This article summarized the nursing practice of "nurse-family-patient" tripartite coordination course management for a patient with with limb motor dysfunction and numbness in sequela stage of stroke. On the basis of conventional nursing, A tripartite coordination course management team consisting of nurses, family caregivers and patients were established, and a multi-dimensional nursing program including functional exercise, emotion care, sleep intervention and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing were carried out to improve patient rehabilitation confidence, optimize rehabilitation treatment process, and accelerate the recovery of limb motor function and numbness after stroke. (本文总结1例脑卒中后遗症期一侧肢体运动功能障碍伴麻木患者的“护士-家属-患者”三方协同病程管理及护理体会。在常规护理的基础上, 通过医护、家属、患者三方协同合作, 根据患者的特点, 实施多维度护理干预, 包括功能锻炼、情志护理、睡眠护理、中医护理等, 提高患者康复信心, 优化康复治疗过程, 加速患者脑卒中后肢体运动功能的恢复。)
