CARTELIZACIÓN DE EMPRESAS Y CENTRALIZACIÓN DEL CAPITAL

Abstract

The emergence of global companies with the corresponding power they hold at an economic and political level, leads to the analysis of the functioning of the capitalist system and free competition. This article argues that the process of transnationalization and globalization of companies is not a market failure but the logical result of the centralization of capital, as a process that is developed by the circulation sphere. And that in parallel to this process occurs the cartelization of companies as a result of the concentration and monopolization in the production sphere. In this sense, the authors describe the interrelations between this processes and heterodox explanations that support their arguments in economic theory
