Methodology of regulating of social-labour system in Russian and its main directions

Abstract

The problems of regulating of social-labour relationships are observed in order to elaborate the directions of their upgrade, which could be adequate to the formed conditions of social and economic development of the society. The mechanisms and tools of regulating were analyzed, the strategy of regulation on the modern moment was defined, and also the ways and methods were proposed. It was marked that during the elaboration of the main directions of regulating it is important to take in consideration the features of Russia's economic development. It was signed that by means of considered social and economic politics it's possible to create such a mechanism which could become not only a mechanism of intervention during the display of negative phenomena but a mechanism of their prevent.
