Contribución al estudio de los Ostrácodos de lagunas costeras: ciénaga de los Vásquez, isla Barú, Caribe Colombiano
Abstract
A total of 824 individuals were studied beloning to 27 species from 17 genus and 10 families. This fauna can be considered rather diverse and abundant. The brackish swamp show a higher affinity with North of Cartagena then with the Rosario island near by but with less brackish conditions. Two genus considered us tipical are reported: Cyprideis and Xestoleberis. The specie Perissocytheridea sp appears to be widely distributed.
