Addressing the issue body and corporeality, the aim is to promote discussion about the importance that this issue can have on human relationships. We understand that the practices of the subject only take place from the embodiment that they form their ideas, desires, frustrations, etc., the body talks, it is a communicative action. In this sense, the theory of communicative action becomes an important vehicle of analysis when it allows you to pass from the merely linguistic historicity plan, trespassing the universal plan and allowing a deeper critique of reality. The body is a social phenomenon and the images that people have of themselves is also conditioned by the social relations that it involves (PEREIRA; AYROSA, 2012). The proposal to contribute a closer and wider look on the dynamics that underlie the social world, believes that organizations are like reflections of psychic and intrapsychic processes of individuals who project their anxieties and aspirations in the organizations to which they belong. We also believe that explore the communicative action theory of Habermas in the administration, particularly on the studies under the body theme can reframe search paths already explored, but with edges that we can achieve.
