Abstract
An analysis of EEG rhythms of the students body who regularly engaged and not engaged in physical culture. Presents evidence of the influence ofphysical activity on brain activity of students. Recommendations on the use of the ideomotor training method of motor actions to improve the efficiency of the students learning process in the physical education classes.
