Juridical professionalizing integration of evaluative practices

Abstract

The juridical professionalizing integration o f evaluative practices in the jurist formation is reve aled as a new quality in the dynamic s o f this formative process. It is a process which emerges as a result to the dialectic relations that harmonize with the purpose o f systematizing the j uridical performance levels. It is applied at the Law Faculty at the University "Maximo Gomez Baez" in Ciego de Avila. M ethods as the historical logic al , analysis and synthesis, and statistical techniques, observation, surveys, and expert consultations were used.
