Abstract
Heshko Nataliia. LEXICO-SEMANTIC FIELD AS THE STRUCTURAL UNIT AND METHODS OF ITS INVESTIGATION. Lexico-semantic field is one of the key concepts in linguistics which is presently investigated. The article deals with the peculiarities of development of the field method, specification of the concept of lexico-semantic field, its structure and also the possibility of complex study of the field components, particularly in the semantic, paradigmatic and structural aspects. General theoretical fundamentals of the lexico-semantic field investigation in linguistics were observed; the notion of lexico-semantic meaning and semantic structure of the word were determined in the linguistic tradition; the structure of lexico-semantic field was investigated and the main methods of the research were distinguished. Key words: lexico-semantic field, nucleus, central part, periphery, structure, method. Hechko Nataliya. LE CHAMP LEXICO- SÉMANTIQUE COMME SYSTÉME STRUCTURELLE ET LES MÉTHODES DE SA RECHERCHE. Le champ lexico-sémantique est un des prin- cipaux concepts de la linguistique contemporaine. L'article est consacré aux particularités du developpement de la méthode des champs lexicaux dans la linguistique. Le but de l’article est de préciser les concepts lexico-sémantiques des champs, leur structure, ainsi que les composants des champs lexico-sémantiques, en particulier leurs structure sémantique et leurs aspects paradig-matiques. On a examiné les aspescts théoriques de l'étude du champ lexico-sémantique dans la linguistique; on a défini le concept lexical de la valeur et de la structure sémantique de mots dans les traditions linguistiques; on a étudié la structure lexico-sémantique, on a mis en évidence les principales méthodes de recherche du champ lexico-sémantique. Лексико-семантическое поле является одним из ведучих понятий в лингвистике, которое исследуется в наше время. Статья посвящена особенностям становления полевого метода в лингвистике и уточнению понятия лексико- семантического поля, его структуры, а также возможности комплексного исследования ком- понентов поля, в частности в семантическом, парадигматическом и структурном аспектах. Расмотрены общие теоретические предпосылки исследования лексико-семантического поля в лингвистике; определено понятие лексического значения и семантической структуры слова в лингвистической традиции; исследована структура лексико-семантического поля и выделены основные методы исследования.
