Proprio nella stagione della globalizzazione il distretto culturale, se non rigidamente limitato al modello tradizionale, rappresenta una possibilità reale, apportatrice di utilità rilevanti. Per realizzarlo, occorre liberarsi della sofistica accademica. Anzitutto è necessario chiarire i diversi assets possibili e i diversi benefici che se ne possono attendere. Quindi, per implementarlo concretamente, occorre individuare le filiere produttive connesse e la loro lunghezza, lo specifico prodotto distrettuale, la gamma dei possibili beneficiari, i processi d’impianto, gli attori. Just in the time of globalization the cultural district is a real possibility, bringing significant benefits, if it is not rigidly confined to the traditional model. In order to achieve it, it must get rid of the academic sophistry. First, it is necessary to clarify the different possible assets and the different benefits that can be generated. So, in order to implement it effectively, we need to identify the connected production chains and their length, the specific offer district, the range of possible stakeholders, the plant processes, the actors.
