The purpose of this study was to examine the psychometric properties of School Related Hardiness Scale (SRHS) in Save’s High School Students. The research method was descriptive. Statistical population was containing all of Save’s governmental high school students in 2012-2013 academic years. Sample of research was consisted of 360students of high schools who were selected using stratified random sampling. Assessment instruments consisted of School Related Hardiness Scale, Ahwaz Hardiness Scale, and short form of Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS). Exploratory factor analysis showed a tree factor measurement model (tree factor of control, commitment, and challenge) that confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Cranach’s alpha coefficient for all of factors and total scale of SRHS was ranged from 0/77 to 0/89. Test-retest reliability coefficients of SRHS after 4 weeks were significant for total scale (P<0/01). The results of Convergent and divergent validity showed that SRHS and its subscales had positive significant relationships with Ahwaz Hardiness Scale (P<0/01) and these had negative significant relationships with Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (P<0/01). Overall, the study indicated that school-related hardiness scale and subscales have adequate reliability and validity and it can be used to assess the students' courage in difficult academic situations.
