ACOLHIMENTO COM CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE RISCO EM SAÚDE: estudo em Unidade de Pronto Atendimento de Fortaleza

Abstract

This article aims to understand the path of constitution of the triage proposal in the dynamics of the health network. It is a cut of a qualitative research on the organization of health care networks. The present approach was produced from an Emergency Care Unit in Fortaleza, Ceará, using the techniques of floating observation and semi structured interview with professionals and users of the service, as well as documentary sources related to the subject. The protocols foreseen by the Ministry of Health were implemented. However, the Idea of Triage initially brought about by the National Humanization Policy is modified according to the managerial practices that dominate the organization of the health services in the country.
