Legal Personality Disregard Labor Under the New Civil Procedure Code

Abstract

Study about the Disregard of Legal Entity in Labor Law in comparison with the procedural regulation proposed by the New Civil Procedure Code of 2015. This is an exploratory study of analytical-descriptive disposition, with qualitative methodology, in which prioritizes the literature review, in this perspective, yearn for reflect about the compatibility of the new Disregard of the Legal Entity Incident with the singular precepts of the material and procedure Labor Law. Confronts the Disregard of Legal Entity Incident created by the New Civil Procedure Code of 2015 with the premises investigated in the laborite ambit.
