Basic Aspects Design of Machine-Tool Adaptations

Abstract

In article the technique of design of the machine-tool accessories with the set parameters of quality and reliability is stated the main. The technique of design of machine-tool accessories is based on ensuring such operational properties of the machine-tool accessories as durability, contact durability, fatigue durability, rigidity, contact rigidity, wear resistance, friction, vibrostability, tightening ability, constancy of the sizes. The main criterion of rational design of the machine-tool accessories is ensuring the set accuracy of a shaping of preparation and the minimum error of installation of preparation in the adaptation. The solution of a problem of optimization of parameters of quality of the machine-tool accessories is passed concerning criteria of a minimality of time and cost of ensuring design parameters of the machine-tool accessories at its production.
