本研究旨在探討性別平等教育議題素養導向教學設計,研究文本為教育部「性別平等教育議題課程與教學輔導群」徵集的教案,自107至109學年度總共58件教案。透過內容分析法與文本分析法,研究發現:一、性別平等教育議題核心素養理解與接受度漸增,但融入領域仍未見開展;二、性別平等教育議題核心素養、學習主題與實質內涵選用呈現偏好;三、性別平等教育議題教學設計要項彼此呼應、連結與一致性有待加強。為落實性別平等教育議題融入素養導向教學,本研究結論為:一、深具性別意識且符應素養導向的教學設計方案,值得推廣;二、性別平等教育議題融入課程領域、方式及主題,需要全面巧推;三、性別平等教育議題素養導向教學設計的重構與深化,仍待努力。 The purpose of this study is to explore the core competence instructional design of gender equality education issues. The research text is a teaching plan collected by the “Gender Equality Education Issues Curriculum and Teaching Counseling Group of the Ministry of Education”. Through content analysis and text analysis, the research found that: 1. The understanding and acceptance of core competencies are increasing, but integration into the field has not yet been carried out; 2. The choice of core competencies, learning themes and substantive connotations of gender equality issues presents preferences; 3. The key elements of teaching design on the issue of gender equality should be strengthened. Therefore, in order to implement the integration of gender equality education into core competence instruction, this study calls for a lot of genderconscious and core competence instructional design schemes to be vigorously promoted; the integration of gender equality into curriculum field, methods and themes requires comprehensive and nudge; finally, the deepening of the core competence instructional design on the issue of gender equality still needs everyone to continue to work hard.
