Abstract

The mechanism of competitive human capital formation is considered in the article inseparably from the processes taking place in the labor market. The analysis of the main factors that characterize the state of the Kazakhstani labor market is given. The necessary transformation in the areas affecting the human capital reproduction in the new reality is shown.
