SMALL SIGNAL UNIVERSAL AMPLIFIER FOR PHOTOELECTRIC EFFECTS ANALYSIS IN MATERIALS WITH WIDE BANDGAP AND STRUCTURES BASED ON THEM
Abstract
Article gives description of universal amplifier, which usedfor different tasks such as registration of small current, voltage and electric charge. We describe the specificities of application different amplifier operating modes in dependence on experimental conditions. We present results of measurements photoconductivity and photo-EMFfor samples ZnS:CuCl, and time diagrams of photocurrent, photo-EMF and electric charge induced in sample under action of radiation. Detection of small constant ofphotocurrent are demonstrated with using universal ampliier in charge-to-voltage conversion mode.
