C4I SYSTEM FOR THE LAND FORCES, PRESENT AND FUTURE

Abstract

For the time being, the military system is trying to define the commander's priorities to command his troups. In time, the definition according to which 'command' is the authority and the responsibility with which a commander / chief is legally invested in order to exercise on the military structures, including the authority of using the resources available for planning, conducting and coordinating the forces necessary to accomplish the given mission.
