Abstract

The unemployment is a social phenomenon all over the world. In Romania, after 1990, two major Laws structure the approach to unemployment: Law nr.1/1991 and Law nr. 76/2002 . Current article analyses from a juridical point of view several issues concerning the implementation of the legislative framework.
