The Judiciary Politics of Appropriate Treatment of Conflict Of Interest: An Analysis of the Individuals Involved in the Politics of Solution and Prevention of Disputes in Brazil
Abstract
The present paper aims at analyzing the configuration of the judiciary politics of appropriate treatment of conflicts of interest established by CNJ Resolution nº 125/2010, from the individuals’ perspective who make up the politics and take part of it like operators and recipients. So, it was intended to identify the institutional individuals in accordance with the orientations delimited by the National Council of Justice, as well as by demonstrating how these new social actors interact in the process of desjudicialization of the conflicts of interest in Brazilian society.
