Designing a learning adapted to the student’s needs
Abstract
Knowledge is generated faster than our ability to absorb it. Therefore, what is important is to establish what we know today and what we will be able to instruct in accordance what the necessities then for what awaits us tomorrow. In this article are analysed the models on line that are now in use to adapt them to the necessities of the students. With the help of technology it is possible to develop a model of learning in which the student can combine classes from a virtual classroom to an actual classroom. The model that is followed by the majority of authors consider only teaching on line or in the classroom. In our model, the objective is the student and the teacher is only a tutor that coordinate the activity and satisfy the academic needs. After three years, following this model, the results are that the rate of return has enhanced in more than 70% and the success rate in more than 35%.
