Abstract

In this article the authors discuss the importance of innovation in national development, stands out a chain and effect relationship between the development of innovative and natural improvement of quality of production. Analyzed the algorithm of formation of the innovative product. Demonstrated a need to change management of production processes and the question about the theoretical and factual basis of the modernization process in the Russian economy at the present stage.
