Study on the influence of vocational education on artisan skills personnel based on statistical methods
Abstract
This paper explores the multilayer linear relationship between vocational education and artisan skills talent based on a multilayer linear model using statistical methods. By dividing vocational education and artisan skills data into first and second layers, the limitations of traditional linearity or the problem of biased results can be effectively avoided. The multilayer correlation between vocational education and artisanal skills talents is explored by constructing an evaluation. Combining the variables and assignments of vocational education and skilled artisanal talents, the influence mechanism of vocational education on cultivating skilled artisanal talents is explored. The results show that the regression coefficients of vocational education input and students’ situation are high, 0.180 and 0.224, respectively, and significant at P<0.01 regarding the creative awareness of skilled artisan talents. Regarding students’ skill execution, the multi-layer regression coefficients were higher for students’ situation and vocational education input, respectively, at 0.239 and 0.179.
