Obstacles of Social Work Field Training Quality in Jordanian Balqa Applied University from Students Viewpoints
Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the difficulties limits and affects the quality of social work field training in Jordan in light of some social variables . the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from a sample consisted of (100 )field training course students at al Balqa applied university .The study came up with the following results :The most important difficulties limits social work field training is skills development axis , then the academic axis, followed with training guidance , And showed no differences at (µ= 0 .05) significant level in the academic axis , training guidance, organization . In addition to significant differences found along with skills development axis attributed to training axis variable , and as for the academic axis attributed to academic achievement variable .In light of the above mentioned results the study came up with some theoretical and practical recommendations
