The new stage of the Russian policy and economy development is marked by the urge of our country to become a rightful participant of the world political and economic sphere. The modern trends of world economy put forward the standards of competitiveness, business ethics, culture, production and marketing organization. Besides, under the open borders of the modern economies the Russian consumer also becomes harder-to-please in terms of interaction with the business, and the company image, as a rule, becomes one of the crucial factors of consumer's decision-making.
