Aggregated database of forest soil chemical properties in the Czech Republic based on surveys from 2000 to 2020

Abstract

Abstract Key message The dataset includes data from forest soil surveys conducted in the period 2000–2020. It provides soil and site variables from 8269 locations. Data are aggregated in three basic soil layers: upper organic soil horizon (FH, 6875 locations), upper mineral layer 0–30 cm (M03, 8051 locations) and deeper mineral soil layer 30–80 cm (M38, 2260 locations).
