Abstract

The subject of the article is to present the concept of research on using the key organizational competence to analyze the strategic tasks in the area of human capital management in the armed forces of the Republic of Poland (RP). The authors present the evaluation of the human capital managementin the national security system of RP and at the strategic level identify the key areas for development.
