ASPECTE ALE INTERVENȚIEI ÎN SECTORUL PUBLIC ȘI PRIVAT
Abstract
În articolul de față este abordată intervenția organizațională, pornind de la aspectele teoretice până la rezultatele obținute în baza datelor empirice colectate de la persoane cu funcție de conducere, manageri resurse umane, psihologi organizaționali din instituțiile publice și private din Republica Moldova. Demersul metodologic al studiului este calitativ și vizează obținerea unei percepții despre intervențiile în organizațiile naționale din perspectiva celor implicați. Toți participanții la studiu au dezvăluit elemente particulare ale noțiunii de intervenție, specifice instituției respective. Rezultatele empirice ale acestui studiu au permis identificarea principalelor aspecte ce vizează practicile instituțiilor intervievate în ceea ce privește intervenția organizațională. Astfel, am constatat că există diferențe între organizațiile publice și private privind modul de abordare a programelor de dezvoltare organizațională.ASPECTS OF INTERVENTION IN THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR The present article analyzes the theme of organizational intervention from the theoretical aspects to the results based on empirical data collected from managerial staff, human resources managers, organizational psychologists from public and private institutions of the Republic of Moldova. The methodological approach of the study is qualitative and aims at gaining a perspective on the intervention in the national organizations from the angles of those involved. All participants in the study have revealed private elements of the notion of intervention, specific to the respective institution. The empirical results of this study allowed us to identify the main aspects regarding the practices of the interviewed institutions regarding the organizational intervention. Thus, we have found that there are differences between the public and the private organizations in how to approach organizational development programs.
