Fetal Valproate Syndrome in Siblings

Abstract

Clinical and neurodevelopmental findings in four children (two sibling pairs) exposed in utero to valproic acid are reported from the Departments of Paediatrics and Human Genetics, University of Witaterstrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
