Abstract

The article presents a work concept of the dissertation research on the development of theory of signal processing in the digital segment special systems of the complexes of radio communications bases of use of modern technologies. Results of the analysis of the occurrence of the formulated problem, and the direction and ways of its solution, as well as expected results of realization of the concept.
