Social Preconditions of Legal Regulation of Promotion of Homosexuality and Other Sexual Deviations

Abstract

The article discusses problems associated with homosexual behaviour: social attitudes and the position of religious institutions to the promotion of homosexuality, legalization of the same-sex marriages, and adoption of children by the same-sex couples. The measures of administrative sanctions for the promotion of different sexual deviations are considered.
