Stable rural development is a process trying to improve the physical conditions of villages along with protecting the environment. it also helps the villagers to have a better living condition. To have constant rural development, it is very vital to pay attention to the importance and role of rural management. This paper intends to study the rule of rural progress in different aspects. Statistical Society of the study includes the rural families in the dasjerde district in from (N: 7309).using Cochran formula and random sampling, 324 families were chosen. A questionnaire was used to collect the data to analyze the data, one sample T-test, linear regression, and pathways analysis were applied.Findings show that local managers are very active in physic-constructional ( patio – physical ) aspects, i.e. they have functioned well in cooperating with the officials in creating, improvement and renovation of the village pathways, securing the houses by issuing construction permits, monitoring construction, physical improvement and development of the villages. The evaluation of this study reveals that the local managers are not successful economically and they have a poor performance in this aspect. It can be said that the poor performance of them in different aspects is due to the limitations that they have.
