Effect of back scraping therapy on the treatment of pruritus (背部刮痧治疗皮肤瘙痒效果观察)

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of back scraping therapy on the treatment of pruritus symptoms in patients with pruritic skin diseases．Methods Totally 18 patients with pruritic skin diseases were treated with back scraping treatment, and the effect was evaluated by using symptom integral of Traditional Chinese Medicine．Results After scraping treatment, all subjects had significantly reduced itching symptoms．The pruritus symptoms had been controlled in all patients, achieving a treatment effective rate of 100. 00%. Conclusion Back scraping therapy is effective to relieve pruritus symptoms in patients with pruritic skin diseases. (目的 观察背部刮痧治疗瘙痒性皮肤病患者皮肤瘙痒症状的效果。方法 选取18例瘙痒性皮肤病患者为研究对象, 进行背部刮痧治疗, 治疗后观察瘙痒症状减轻情况。依据瘙痒程度视觉模拟评分变化进行疗效判定。结果 刮痧治疗后, 所有患者瘙痒症状均减轻, 治疗总有效率100. 00%。结论 背部刮痧能有效缓解瘙痒性皮肤病患者瘙痒症状)
