Abstract

The article briefly presents a few of the arguments that ground the concept of high security, the cyber process of security management, the main components of the security of national management system, the place and role of national security management, the issue of determining optimal security, the mathematical relation (expression) of determining the level of national security function of preservation, functional re-adjustment, secure functioning.
