Liability for illegal circulation of documents, including passports, in migration sphere, on international law and the criminal legislation of foreign countries

Abstract

This paper analyzes the international instruments on combating illicit trafficking of documents, including passports, in the field of migration, as well as the comparative analysis of Art. 292.1 of the Criminal Code with criminal law in foreign countries.
