The Tin Eye program extracts the percentage of colors in terms of their prevalence and their penetration on the surface. and program (Image ColorIzer image Statistics) scans the surface paintings and measurements color values with systems (L * a * b *) and (HVS) where (H) wavelength the saturation (V) represents the color saturation and intensity of the color (S) represents the brightness value of the colour as well as creates the diagrams for each tonal degree which By unloading areas with the same tonal level and drawing their borders, the color separations occur for each tonal degree and are illustrated by descriptive and standard illustrations of each color in a separate layer and the percentage count of each color And based on the above a database is created to document the color of the paintings in the museums and then index them in a book written by the color characteristics of the plates with the Examine and analysis of the painting layer as a reference to which the restoration,Color and practical application of color measurement on a paintings of the Island Museum in Cairo of a Of the 19th century. أن استخدام التقنيات الحديثة باستخدام برامج الكمبيوتر في عمليات ترميم الاثار من اهم العوامل الداعمة لإنجاز عمليات الترميم والحصول على أنجح مخرجات الترميم من حيث انشاء قاعدة بيانات تحتوى على كافة الوثائق والمستندات المهمة لعمليات الترميم وهذه البيانات من اهم الدعائم التى توثق الاثر عبر السنين باستخدام اجهزة الحاسب الألى بتطبيقات الرسوم والخطوط ((Graphic . البحث يناقش توثيق الالوان باللوحات طبقا لخصائص اللون بأسلوبين وهما اسلوب البرامج الحاسوبية فى عدم وجود عينات من الطبقة التصويرية والبرامج هى Image Color Palette لاستخراج الدرجات اللونية وعددها باللوحة الزيتية و نوع الألوان بارده او ساخنة وايهما اكثر باللوحة وتوضيح درجات الاضاءة باللوحة الزيتية و برنامج Tin Eye استخراج النسبة المئوية للألوان من حيث نسبة انتشارها و اسلوب قياس الضوء الطيفي اذا وجدت عينات. و برنامج ((Image Color Summarizer Image Statistics يقوم البرنامج بمسح اللوحة وقياس قيم اللون بأنظمة (HSV،l*a*b*) حيث ((H الطول الموجي الإشباع (V) يمثل درجة التشبع اللوني و شدة اللون و تمثل ( S) قيمة البريق للون وكذلك يقوم بأنشاء المخططات التوضيحية لكل درجة لونية أي يقوم بتفريغ المناطق التي تحمل نفس الدرجة اللونية ورسم حدودها فيحدث فصل الالوان لكل درجة لونية ويتم توضيحها برسومات توضيحية وصفيه وقياسيه لكل لون في طبقة منفصلة وعمل احصاء النسبة المئوية لكل لون. وبناءاُ على ما سبق يتم انشاء قاعدة بيانات لتوثيق اللون باللوحات الزيتية فى المتاحف ثم فهرستها فى كتاب مدون به خواص اللون باللوحات مع الفحوص والتحاليل لطبقة التصوير كمرجع يمكن الرجوع اليه اثناء عمليات الترميم والصيانة. وتم التطبيق العملى لقياس اللون على لوحة زيتية بمتحف الجزيرة من القرن التاسع عشر .
