General Repercussion in Extraordinary Appeals: Selectivity "Stylish Home" in Brazilian Supreme Court
Abstract
This paper addresses the selectivity to improve the management process in the Brazilian Supreme Court in the exercise of judicial review in place of extraordinary appeal, instrument corresponding to 90% of cases distributed in court. To this end, explores the evolution of this species in the appellate constitutional requirements, describes the new regulations given by 2015 CPC the extraordinary appeal and the impact on processing. Finally, from the exhibition of empirical data, questions the viability of the exercise of judicial services and speech of the effectiveness of judicial services.
