Sangam literature, often known as "the poetry of the noble ones" refers to ancient Tamil language and culture and is South India's earliest known literature. The earliest accessible Tamil literature is known as Sangam literature. The purpose of this study is to compare G. Nammazhvar's agricultural concepts and theories with the role of modern business people and their enterprise planning behaviour from the evidence of the Tamil Sangam literary age to the present times. The paper gives an introduction to examine the business aspects of Sangam poems concerning Nammazhvar's agricultural concepts. Nammazhvar travelled across the globe, studied agricultural approaches in diverse ecological systems, and then trained many farmers and NGO personnel using his findings. His method is a successful one that gives health to the consumer and wealth to the land. He has written several books and articles in Tamil on organic farming methods. He attracted a significant readership from all sections of the society. Nammazhvar extensively travelled the south and gave training sessions on ecological farming over a significant portion of his life to ensure organic farming methods as per the natural life led at the times of the Sangam Period. Hence, the paper will be an eye-opener to the agro techniques and organic farming methods employed at the times of the Sangam Era regarding the great eco-agriculturalist Nammazhvar and business-oriented positive goals.
