PCB Automated Test System Using a Switch Matrix

Abstract

The present paper develops a method for improving the damage detection of switching elements in an automated test system based on a switching matrix. The paper presents the developed automated testing boards, the measurement of electrical parameters and the evaluation of obtained results.
