Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the Algerian state's intention to enact new legal texts to establish and develop the structures of joint-stock companies and simple partnerships. This will support the promotion and encouragement of economic investment projects and activate a wise, multi-sector management that achieves development and sustainable development. It is based on the provisions of Law No. 22-18 dated July 24, 2022, concerning investment, and the provisions of Ordinance No. 75-59 dated September 26, 1975, which includes the amended and supplemented Commercial Law, with its practical role remaining linked to the mechanisms it adopts to mobilize the investment market.
