This research aimed to. - 1. Study the current condition and synthesize the science experiential skills of early childhood teachers 2. Develop a model for enhancing the science experiential skills of early childhood teachers of primary school teachers. 3.Experiment and study the results of using a model for enhancing science experience skills of early childhood teachers, and 4. Evaluate a model for enhancing skills in organizing scientific experience of early childhood teachers. There were 4 phases as follows: Phase 1 (R1) was a study of basic information on current conditions; synthesize and study the needs of early childhood teachers’ science experience skills and elements of the early childhood teacher’s scientific experience-building model. The population used was 390 early childhood teachers of schools under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 during academic year 2021, totaling 390 people. Phase 2 (D1) was developing a model for enhancing the skills of early childhood teachers in providing science experience experts examined the quality of 5 tools and 20 early childhood teachers, which were selected by purposive sampling. Phase 3 (R2) was an experimental model for enhancing science experience management skills of early childhood teachers. Examples included 50 early childhood teachers and were obtained by multistage randomization. Phase 4 (D2) assessed the early childhood teacher science experience skills enhancement model. The target groups were 5 qualified experts who participated in the observation of the primary school classes and 25 early childhood teachers in the experimental group. The tool used were a model for enhancing the skills of early childhood teachers an assessment form for early childhood teachers’ science experience management skills, an attitude scale of early childhood teachers in arranging science experiences of early childhood teachers and a knowledge test of early childhood teachers arranging science experiences. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. It was found that. - 1. The results of the analysis of the current condition and the needs of early childhood teachers in organizing experiences revealed that the overall present condition was at a moderate level (= 3.27). The synthesis of science experience management skills of early childhood teachers comprised 5 skills. 2. The results of the development of a model for enhancing the skills in arranging scientific experience for early childhood teachers consisted of 5 steps. 3.The results of the experiment using a model for enhancing skills in organizing science experiences of early childhood teachers found that the experimental group had a score of cognitive comprehension. skills in organizing experiences and attitudes after the event at the highest level statistically significantly higher at the .01 level
