Soft Power of Russian Education: the Key Role of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in Its Spreading

Abstract

The article is devoted to the «soft power» of Russian education, the author presents the key role of PFUR (RUDN) in its spreading, discusses the advantages of the University, the task facing RUDN, the ways of solving problems.
