For improving the high-temperature antibonding performance of ceramic load bearing boards, nano yttrium stabilized zirconia (n-YSZ) coatings and conventional yttrium stabilized zirconia (r-YSZ) coatings were prepared on corundum-mullite ceramic basal plate by plasma spraying technology. In addition, the surface morphology analysis and porosity test of the coating were conducted, and the high-temperature droplet adhesion test was used to evaluate the contact angle of the coating. Results showed that the surface morphology of n-YSZ coating was smoother and denser, and the surface porosity was lower, which was beneficial to preventing the invasion and damage of molten droplets. Moreover, The average contact angle between n-YSZ coating and BaTiO3 droplet was the highest and greater than 90 °, which could significantly improve the high-temperature bonding damage problem of load bearing boards, and extend the service life of load bearing boards.
