HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN KEMAMPUAN KEPENDIDIKAN DENGAN KESIAPAN MENJADI GURU TIK MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK INFORMATIKA

Relationships between Self Efficacy and Educational Ability and Readiness to be an ICT teacher of Informatics Engineering Education Students. The purpose of this stu­­dy was to reveal the significance of the relationship: self-efficacy (X1); edu­ca­tional ability (X2); and self-efficacy (X1) and educational ability (X2) and readiness to be an ICT teacher (Y). The study design was a correlational study. This research was con­ducted on the stu­dent S1 Informatics Engineering Education State University of Ma­lang, in which the number of samples were 156 stu­dents. Data of variables X1 and Y were collected using a ques­tion­naire, and data of variable X2 were collected using do­cumentation. The relationships between X1 and Y as well as the relationships bet­ween X2 and Y were analyzed using par­tial co­r­relation, while the simultaneous re­lationships between X1 and X2 and Y were analyzed using mul­ti-co­rre­la­ti­on. The re­sults showed that there was a sig­nificant positive re­la­tion­ships: between X1 and Y (rx1y= 0.49); X2 and Y (rx2y= 0.12); and si­mul­tan­eou­s relationships between X1 and X2 and Y (Rx1x2y= 0.29). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap signifikansi hubungan efikasi diri (X1); kemampuan keguruan (X2); dan efikasi diri (X1) dan kemampuan ke­gu­ru­an (X2) de­­­ngan kesiapan menjadi guru TIK (Y). Rancangan penelitian ini adalah ko­­­­­­­re­la­sio­nal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tek­nik In­for­ma­­­tika Uni­ver­­sitas Negeri Malang, de­ngan sam­­pel 156 mahasiswa. Pe­ngum­pul­­an data variabel X1 dan Y meng­gunakan angket, sedang X2 menggunakan do­ku­men­­tasi. Ana­lisis hu­bung­­­an X1 de­ngan Y dan X2 de­ngan Y menggunakan korelasi par­­sial, se­dang­kan hu­bung­­an X1 dan X2 se­ca­ra si­mul­­tan dengan Y menggunakan ko­re­lasi gan­da. Ha­sil pe­ne­­­­­­­­litian menunjukkan bah­wa ter­­dapat hubungan positif yang sig­ni­fikan: X1 dengan Y (rx1y= 0,49); X2 de­­ngan Y (rx2y= 0,12); dan secara si­mul­­tan X1 dan X2 dengan Y (Rx1x2y= 0,29).
