The aim of the study is to identify clinical and laboratory criteria for diagnostics of immune peculiarities in frequently ill children during remission, to develop a rehabilitation scheme, to justify the effectiveness of etiopathogenetic therapy in patients with post-infection complications and metabolic disorders. Material and methods. 105 children (75 frequently ill and 30 healthy children) were examined using clinical, laboratory, immunological methods. Results. Risk groups for frequent respiratory morbidity have been formed, a immunocorrection scheme has been proposed, and postinfective complications have been reduced in the process of rehabilitation. Conclusions. The use of the proposed schemes for the rehabilitation of frequently ill children's helps to improve the metabolism and leads to a reduction in the number of episodes of the disease per year and prolonged intervals between them.
